תילתן בהגדרתו הנו בית מלאכה לעיצוב וייצור בגדי ילדים ואימהות. תילתן נוסד בשנת 1998 ע"י המעצבת רעיה סלינגרה. בכל עונה רעיה מוציאה כ 50 דגמים חדשים אך מקפידה על סדרות קטנות ולא המוניות . הייצור בתילתן מורכב מבדים נדירים באיכויות גבוהות מצרפת איטליה והמזרח. התפירה נעשית בהקפדה על כל תפר ובמתפרות עילית אשר שם אין התפשרות על איכות התפירה. כאן ניתן למצוא עבודה עברית באיכות מעולה ובסגנון ייחודי ועם זאת במחירים נוחים. Resume The designer Raya Salingre founded Tiltan in the year 1998. Raya have over 20 years of experience. 15 years of the 20 was under some leading manufacturers of children clothing as the leading designer . In the year 1998 Raya decided to open here own place & go with her ideas with out the limitation of the makers she used to work for.
